Victor Connradsson​

Victor Conradsson has overseen staff development at Believe, the world’s largest independent music company, for 15 years. In 2010, he helped launch Believe’s London office, signing and managing key UK labels like Björk’s One Little Indian, Gilles Peterson’s Brownswood Recordings, and indie staples Tru Thoughts and Hospital Records. As Believe’s UK team expanded to 30 people, Victor transitioned in 2017 to a global role, implementing successful market strategies across 50+ countries. He now leads Training & Onboarding, supporting staff in emerging digital markets and fostering the growth of Believe’s and TuneCore’s 2,100 employees worldwide. Beyond Believe, he produces podcasts and manages two acts: Luxembourg-based Riyage and Paris-based Aufgang.
