A platform for cross-border collaboration in the cultural and creative economy
Muse-X is an international expo-festival and conference platform dedicated to the cultural and creative industries. It brings together music, film, visual arts, performance, design, technology, and cultural innovation into one living ecosystem where creation, dialogue, and industry intersect.
Founded in Tirana and rooted in the Western Balkans, Muse-X was created to support the development of the regional creative economy by building active bridges between artists, creative professionals, and industry stakeholders from the Balkans, Europe, and beyond. The platform facilitates connection, collaboration, and exchange across borders and disciplines, while also supporting international companies and organizations seeking to enter, understand, or partner with the Western Balkans' creative industries. In doing so, Muse-X strengthens visibility, access, and long-term opportunity for the region's creative sector within a broader international context.
THE CONCEPT

Muse-X operates through three integrated pillars:
THE EXHIBITION
A curated exhibition showcasing creative industries, cultural institutions, companies, technologies, and applied arts, supported by structured networking and B2B matchmaking. The Expo functions as a focused marketplace of ideas, tools, and collaborations, where creative work is presented alongside the systems, partners, and connections that sustain it.
THE CONFERENCE
A structured program of panels, talks, workshops, and labs addressing the realities of the creative economy. Topics span funding, management, policy, education, technology, copyright, tourism, and cross-industry collaboration. The Conference positions Muse-X as a space for strategy, not just inspiration.
THE FESTIVAL
Live performances, showcases, music battles, screenings, and site-specific artistic productions built specifically for Muse-X. By day, creation is visible and participatory. By night, the platform transforms into an immersive cultural experience. Nothing repeats. Everything is made for the moment.
